1. The Awards are open to all low-cost home ownership schemes completed and ready for occupation in England between 1 April 2011 and 31 March 2013. *Please see below for the categories this DOES NOT APPLY TO.
  2. Any entries that have previously been shortlisted for an ‘Affordable Home Ownership Award’ will be accepted for the same award in the 2013 awards process as long as new evidence is used and are sufficiently different.
  3. Organisations may enter all categories but multiple entries per category must be based on different projects/schemes.
  4. Entries must be submitted no later than MONDAY 17th JUNE 2013.
  5. No late entries will be accepted. Any conflicts of interest or ties will be dealt with by the final judging.
  6. By entering the Awards, entrants give permission for entry material to be used for publicity purposes.
  7. By entering the Awards, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.
  8. All entries will be judged on the information provided at the time of entry and no subsequent correspondence will be entered into.
  9. The judges’ decision is final.
