Jon has been at Catalyst Housing since 2006, during which time he has worked in a variety of roles including Marketing, Event Management and more recently as Contract Manager of Home Ownership Westminster, a service Catalyst deliver for Westminster City Council. Jon also freelances in the broadcasting media on a part time basis as an Event Coordinator and has worked on many high profile televised special events and award shows during the last 10 years.

Melissa joined Hastoe in 2008 to head up a new sales department at Hastoe. She also manages the communications and PR function and, more recently, the re-sales function. Previously with Peabody, Melissa has extensive experience of affordable home ownership and intermediate housing initiatives.

Emma manages the delivery of the national events portfolio at the National Housing Federation including events on finance, development, regeneration, asset management, neighbourhoods, affordable home ownership, regulation and legal policy.

Sarah has had a career in Property Sales for over 15 years, and has been part of the Peabody/Gallions sales 7 marketing team since April 2014. Previously she spent over 12 years at Tower Homes/L&Q in Sales leadership roles. She has a wealth of sales experience both in the private and affordable housing sector.

With over twenty years’ experience in the residential property market, Wendy has successfully managed significant programmes for intermediate and private sector sales for a number of organisations including East Thames Group and Triathlon Homes. Now at Red Loft, Wendy manages sales consultancy and agency services for a range of clients.

Adam is Assistant Director of Marketing and Commercial Services at the National Housing Federation. He joined the Federation back in 2008 and is responsible for marketing the organisation’s diverse range of products and services, in addition to ensuring their smooth delivery. Adam is also responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities for the Federation and its members.

Prior to joining the Federation Adam spent 5 years with CORGI, the gas industry registration group, leading a number of their commercial businesses. Adam holds a Business and Marketing degree from the University of Greenwich and a post graduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Currently Head of Marketing for the commercial division of Notting Hill Housing, Emma is a Chartered Marketer heading up a team of 10 marketing professionals responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of all commercial marketing activity for the group. With 9 years’ property marketing experience both in the UK and overseas, Emma has spearheaded strategic marketing campaigns for multiple award-winning developments, across tenures including private sale, Shared Ownership sales and market rent. Emma has been an active member of the steering group since 2008. Prior to her career in property marketing Emma worked for 7 years at the BBC working in a number of B2B and B2C marketing roles.

Kim has worked in housing for over 20 years having a wealth of experience in both the private and affordable housing sector. Having started her housing career in marketing and sales she moved into Development in the early 90’s and is currently Head of New Business Development at Moat.

Os has worked in housing for 25 years, throughout which he has been involved with affordable home ownership and the more commercial side of housing association’s work. Os is known as an expert in his field both within the not for profit sector and more generally in the property world.

Nicola has worked for Radian for over 15 years in various roles, more recently with the Home Ownership Team specialising in the Shared Ownership Sales and Lettings. However, since the recent uncertainty regarding future grant funding I have been heading up the more commercial arm of the business setting up the new Market Rent and Open Market Sales teams in which we are aiming to build our “Profit for Purpose” portfolio. Currently working on 2 major HCA schemes in Portsmouth and Bordon (Eco Town) which will result in 100+ open market sales.
